Our 2023 Malbec is a deep, opulent purple hue, evoking daydreams of wading in the velvet sea. Dried violets, black pepper, fresh fig jam, rosemary, and petrichor greet the nose while black cherry, tobacco leaf, well worn leather, lilacs, ripe raspberries, plums, and a hint of limestone await in glass. Pairs well with lamb, pork belly, hamburgers, blue cheese, creamy mushroom sauce pasta, stuffed peppers, grilled mushrooms and good times with the ones you love!
